The backyard is enormous and fully fenced in with sun and shade for your four legged friend. The back also features a large deck with picnic table for dining al fresco.
Inside you’ll enjoy a front room that is great for family gatherings. The dining room seats 8. The kitchen features granite counter tops, and a dishwasher. Also on the main level is a large living room, a large foosball table, a cozy room in the back with a chess table, and a powder room.
Upstairs has a hallway full bath, and laundry room. The Master Bedroom is a dream with a king size bed, private access to the upper front porch overlooking the Chesapeake Bay, a walk in closet, and ensuite master bathroom with dual vanities.
Bedroom 2 features a walk-in closet and Queen size bed. Bedroom 3 has a twin over full bunk bed. Bedroom 4 is enormous with a queen size bed, and a desk and chair.
Capeview Beach is right across the street. The beach access across the street is semi-private as there is no parking, so the only people who use this beach are those who can walk to it.
